4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Sales
  • Booked appointments
  • Revenue
  • Conversion rates
  • Performance of AI systems

AI and automation tools operate based on data, scripts, and integrations that may fail, misinterpret, or malfunction.

5. Limitation of Liability

VoiceAI Pro is not liable for:

  • Missed calls
  • Incorrect bookings
  • AI errors
  • Third-party outages
  • CRM failures
  • Telephony failures
  • Lost revenue or business

You use our Services at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We rely on third-party providers such as:

  • Telephony & SMS carriers
  • AI platforms
  • CRM and scheduling tools
  • Stripe for billing

We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or failures by these providers.

7. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoiceAI Pro to:

  • Send spam
  • Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or local laws
  • Call people without consent
  • Record calls illegally
  • Mislead or defraud

You are responsible for how you use the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You expose us to legal or regulatory risk

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, prompts, scripts, and systems belong to VoiceAI Pro and may not be copied or resold.
